Teams attending the 2023 VIT will need to check in online by the deadline outlined below! 

Please Note: If you need tournament information for your travel permit, it can be found on the Permit to Host under the Tournament Documents tab.

September 9/10  U14 & Below:  Team Check In Requirements due by 5:00pm Mon. Sept. 4

November 11/12  U15 & Up:  Team Check In Requirements due by 5:00pm Mon. Nov. 6th

TEAM CHECK IN

There will be no on-site check in.  All teams must check in through your GotSport account.

Login to GotSport> Team Registrations> Veterans Invitational> Registration> Click Yellow Edit Buttons to Upload Documents as follows:

  • Official stamped and signed state/USYS roster or US Club official Roster.
  • Rostered Player & Coaches Pass Cards 
  • Weekend Contact & Guest Player Form - LINK BELOW!  ALL teams must fill out the Weekend Contact information even if no guest players. 
  • Guest Player Passes, as applicable 
  • Permission to travel document -provided by your state association- for USYS teams from outside of Indiana. Indiana/USYS or teams registered as US Club do not need to submit the Permission to Travel form.

Teams are responsible for having access to USYS or US Club Release Waivers as needed during the event.
